1. Operational Independence of Entities
The entities presented within the Acmez ecosystem (Acmez Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Webyfied Global, Sciematics Insights, Aarhit Systems, AIIT Roorkee and RCode) operate within distinct functional mandates. Commercial commitments, quotes, invoices and formal legal warranties are exclusively executed by the appropriate contracting entity, predominantly Acmez Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2. Research vs. Commercial Deliverables
Research concepts, experimental prototypes and algorithmic models discussed by Aarhit Systems represent active scientific exploration and are not representations of guaranteed commercial software capabilities unless formally validated and packaged through client agreements.
3. No Unsupported Claims
In strict adherence to truth in advertising and corporate ethics, Acmez Group avoids unverified marketing claims such as "world leader", "number one" or "award-winning" unless formal verifiable evidence is documented.
